About Us

King Street Hot Sauces is the creation of two brothers, Dylan and Ryan.

Brought together by a shared passion for bold flavors and great food. Dylan, an ex-head chef, spent over a decade working in restaurants and travelling the world, always looking for ways to push flavors further. While running a kitchen, he discovered a New Zealand chili grower and started experimenting with fresh chilies, exploring how they could enhance dishes rather than just add heat.

That’s when it hit him, he could create something better than what was on the market. A hot sauce that wasn’t just about spice, but about balance, depth, and complementing food. And just like that, King Street Hot Sauces was born.

After tasting the sauce, Ryan was all in. He loved the flavors, the vision, and the idea of building a hot sauce company with his brother.
